DLC would like to warmly welcome Sue Zloth to DLC’s Board of Directors. Hear her motivation to get more involved in her own words:
“I began volunteering with DLC in 2016 as a Hike Assist. One of my goals after I retired in 2018 was to spend more time outdoors in the beautiful Colorado sunshine. I got more involved with DLC, jumping in to projects like Plein Air, Book Club, Bluebird Monitoring, tabling and even more hiking. After volunteering for many years, I realized that I could step in to more of a leadership role and when I was asked to join the board, I agreed.
I’m looking forward to helping shepherd DLC into the coming years. As more and more people move to the Front Range, DLC is well-situated to protect open space to give our humans, native animals and plants a place to thrive.”
We’re so lucky to have her join our Board and several committees as DLC continues to evolve into a legacy, regional land trust with deep connections to our land and community.
