Do you love the inspiration of painting out in nature, or have you been wanting to take your art outside? This gathering is for you. Join fellow artists for a relaxed morning of plein air painting at beautiful Douglas Land Conservancy conserved properties. Our first gathering will take place at Dawson Butte Open Space. Although the event will officially end at 11:00, you’ll be welcome to stay and paint as long as you’d like.
We’ll start together with a brief welcome, a few inspiration thoughts and prompts, then artists will disperse to paint independently in the landscape. This is not an instructional class, but rather an opportunity for artists to create alongside others while enjoying the beauty of conserved open space. Bring your own gear. You can register here!
